Rita Tkach is a Senior Mortgage Consultant with extensive experience in all type of mortgages, lines of credit, home and personal loans, and debt consolidations.
She was looking for a way:
- To increase awareness and to promote her services
- To educate existing and potential customers and to expand her target market
- To gain an increase in sales
We developed a unique and professional looking website that reflects the level of professionalism and service Rita offers.
Result:
- The website is interactive, which allows a direct interaction with visitors via registration forms such as Contact Us form.
- Online Application Form - allows visitors to apply online for a mortgage or a loan, in order to speed up the process of a pre-approval
- On-Site Search Engine Optimization (SEO) was implemented to improve the number and quality of visitors of the site
- The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate
- The website supports two languages: English and Russian
URLWizard's Solutions also developed an online Administration System, a Web Application (available only to the administrator), that includes two management systems (AMS & RMS):
- Applicants Management System (AMS) - allows the administrator to develop a list of qualified prospects (from the applicants, registered online) and work with them
- Rates Management System (RMS) - allows any time updates the bank rates, Rita's rates or amortization and showing the latest information on the website
